Scott Prephan began his professional career as a CPA at Ernst & Young, a global leader in providing professional services. While working in Ernst & Young’s audit and management consulting departments, Scott developed a proficiency in finance. He attributes his financial background to much of his success in real estate.

Over the past sixteen years, Scott,

through the affiliated companies under the Prephan Enterprises umbrella, have owned, managed, constructed and consulted on various projects. His experience includes single family, multi family and commercial real estate. The value of assets constructed, owned and operated by those companies exceeds $150 million.
